The purpose of driving safety program is to increase road safety awareness by reducing traffic violations and to keep your auto insurance premiums low. Handle Speeding ticket, stop sign citation, lawyer for fighting traffic tickets & other violations.
This question pertains to information NOT found in my states driver manual. If the state really asks a lot of questions like this, it is no wonder most fail. NOBODY prepares for this sort of questioning. Win, lose, or draw, if you have the keys drive away anyway, retain legal counsel, and exercise your right to petition the government for redress if wrong.
I am in possession of a study that shows the correlation between good scores on tests and measurable road safety statistics is virtually zero. They could abandon written testing, and nothing would change. The study did say that the road test and the graduated licensing practices were the effective methods to improve road safety.
